What is your return and refund policy?

We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all Loam products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply email us at hello@drinkloam.com within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and we'll arrange a full refund — no hoops to jump through.

 

To initiate a request, email us at hello@drinkloam.com with your order number and proof of purchase. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns will not be accepted.

 

When will I receive my refund?

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may add a few extra days. If 15 business days have passed since your approval and you still haven't received it, please email us at hello@drinkloam.com.

 

Do you offer exchanges?

If your item arrives defective or damaged, we'll arrange an exchange. Email us at hello@drinkloam.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the issue. For all other exchanges, the quickest path is to request a refund and place a new order.
