What products does Loam sell?

Loam currently offers two products:

 

Energy Shift Cordyceps-Enhanced Gummies — a strawberry-flavoured gummy combining Cordyceps mushroom extract, GABA, Ginkgo Leaf, L-Glutamine, and DMAE to support daily energy, focus, and cognitive performance.

 

Mindshift Mushroom-Enhanced Instant Coffee (Medium Roast) — a smooth, earthy instant coffee blended with Lion's Mane and Chaga mushroom powders, made from 70% single-origin Papua New Guinea arabica beans.

 

What exactly is in the Energy Shift Cordyceps-Enhanced Gummies?

Full ingredients: Cordyceps Extract (200mg), GABA (25mg), Ginkgo Leaf (25mg), L-Glutamine (25mg), DMAE (25mg), Organic Cane Sugar, Tapioca Syrup, Purified Water, Citrus Pectin, Citric Acid, Strawberry Natural Flavor, Sodium Citrate, Color from Beet Powder.

 

The gummies are Non-GMO, gluten-free, lactose-free, allergen-free, antibiotic-free, hormone-free, vegetarian, and vegan friendly.

 

Suggested use: 1–2 gummies daily.

No. The Energy Shift Cordyceps-Enhanced Gummies are caffeine-free. They support energy and focus through Cordyceps mushroom extract, GABA, Ginkgo Leaf, L-Glutamine, and DMAE — not stimulants.

 

What exactly is in the Mindshift Mushroom-Enhanced Instant Coffee?

Full ingredients: 70% Roasted Arabica Coffee (Papua New Guinea single origin, Typica and Bourbon varietals), 15% Organic Lion's Mane Powder, 15% Organic Chaga Mushroom Powder.

 

The coffee is gluten-free, lactose-free, allergen-free, non-GMO, vegan friendly, vegetarian, halal, and cruelty free.

 

Suggested use: Add 1 scoop (1 teaspoon) to 8–10 oz of hot water (160–175°F / 70–80°C), stir, and enjoy. For a richer taste, use 2 scoops or blend with your favourite milk.

 

⚠️ Warning: Do not use if packaging is damaged or opened. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Once opened, consume within 3 months for best quality.

 

How much caffeine is in the Mindshift Mushroom-Enhanced Instant Coffee?

Each serving contains approximately 70mg of caffeine — similar to a regular cup of coffee. This comes from the 70% arabica coffee base (roughly 1.26g of coffee per teaspoon serve). If you use 2 scoops, expect around 140mg.

 

How and when should I use the products?

Cordyceps Energy Gummies: Take 1–2 gummies daily. They can be taken any time of day and are caffeine-free, so there's no issue taking them in the evening.

 

Mindshift Mushroom-Enhanced Instant Coffee: Best enjoyed in the morning or early afternoon. With ~70mg of caffeine per serve, we'd suggest avoiding it within 6 hours of bedtime if you're sensitive to caffeine.

 

How soon will I notice a difference?

The Mindshift Mushroom-Enhanced Instant Coffee delivers focus and energy from the first cup. For the Cordyceps Gummies, many people notice improved alertness within the first few days, with the adaptogenic benefits of Cordyceps building with consistent daily use over 2–4 weeks.

 

Can I use Loam products if I'm pregnant or nursing?

We recommend consulting your physician before using any Loam products during pregnancy or while nursing.

 

I have an allergy — are Loam products safe for me?

Both products are allergen-free, gluten-free, and lactose-free as labelled. However, please review the full ingredient lists above and consult your healthcare provider if you have specific concerns. Do you ship to my location?

Loam currently ships within the contiguous United States only. We're unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands), or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. If your address is outside our shipping zone, you'll be notified at checkout.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal. All transactions are processed securely at checkout.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so please email us at hello@drinkloam.com as soon as possible with your order number. We'll do our best to accommodate requests before dispatch, but can't guarantee changes once processing has begun.

 

I can't find my confirmation email — what do I do?

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If it's still not there, email us at hello@drinkloam.com and we'll resend it.

 

Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. During peak periods, allow up to 5 business days. Standard shipping takes 3–8 business days from dispatch. Loam is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has shipped.

 

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking typically updates within 24–48 hours of dispatch. If it hasn't updated after 2 business days, email us at hello@drinkloam.com.

 

I think my order is lost — what should I do?

If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us at hello@drinkloam.com with your order number. Loam is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered that are subsequently reported lost or stolen.

 

I entered the wrong shipping address — can you fix it?

Email us immediately at hello@drinkloam.com with the subject line 'URGENT ADDRESS CORRECTION' and your order number. We'll do everything we can to update it before your order ships.

 

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?

Email us at hello@drinkloam.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged item, and we'll make it right.

 

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all Loam products. If you've used the product consistently and aren't satisfied, email us at hello@drinkloam.com with your order number for a full refund. Please don't send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns won't be accepted.

 

Do you offer exchanges?

If your item arrives defective or damaged, we'll arrange an exchange. Email us at hello@drinkloam.com within 48 hours with your order number and photos. For all other exchanges, return your current item (once approved) and place a new order.

 

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing may add a few extra days. If 15 business days have passed and you still haven't received it, email us at hello@drinkloam.com.
